The Miami County Sanitary Engineering Department supplies your water and/or sewer service.

For residents living in the following subdivisions:
Meadowview, Evanston, Country Estates, Shenandoah, Brokenwoods, Deercliff, Monnin Estates, Creekwood, Conwoods, Brokenwoods Village, North & South County Rd 25 A, Parkhill, Swailes Run, Wiley, Bethel/Brandt, Merrimont, Cedar Ridge.

Our technicians will read your service meter monthly by remote on a regular basis the week of the 15th. Water/sewer bills are mailed out the last business day of the month. If you do not receive your bill by the 1st or 2nd of the month, please call our office. Payment is always due on the 15th. Delinquent notices will be mailed after penalties have been posted. If payment is not in our office by the delinquent due date, a $35.00 nonpayment service charge will be added to your account and water customers will be disconnected without further notice.

For residents living in the following subdivisions:
Springcreek Subdivision, South Market Street and South County Road 25 A.

The Miami County Sanitary Engineering Department supplies your sewer service. City of Piqua supplies Sanitary Engineering meter reads for Springcreek Subdivision. Sanitary Engineering reads South Market Street and South County Road 25-A meters. Sewer bills are mailed out the 15th of the month. If you do not receive your sewer bill within two days of the 15th please call our office. Payment is always due on the 1st. Delinquent Notices are mailed out after penalties have been posted. If payment is not in our office by the delinquent due date, there will be a $35.00 non-payment service charge posted to your account.
